Heidi Buttery is a gifted dietician who has changed my racing trajectory and my life .  As someone new to the triathlon, scene , I didn’t do my first triathlon until the age of 43, I had no background in concepts of race or training nutrition, recovery , salt intake, and hydration . I linked up with Ms. Buttery from a teammate as I started my fifth season and I have noted immediate and lasting improvement in training , recovery , and race execution. I executed a flawless half iron distance to start my 2017 season absolutely pain free in my joints or my gut and won my first podium spot ever even at the back end of my age cohort. I am competing in two Ironman Events this year to close out my season as I continue my quest for Kona and Heidi has become a trusted and valued member of my team .
